Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee agreed to organize an art performance program to support people affected by storm No. 3 as proposed by the Department of Culture and Sports.
The art performance takes place from 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on October 15, at Kim Tan Square, Lao Cai City.

Performances about solidarity and the tradition of mutual love of the Vietnamese people, connecting the hearts of organizations and individuals to support ethnic minorities in Lao Cai affected by storm No. 3.
The program does not sell tickets for money. Donations from audiences and visitors will be sent through the program's account to support people in Lao Cai province affected by storm No. 3.
