From February 20-22 (January 4-6 of the lunar calendar), the Organizing Committee of the Huong Pagoda Tourism Festival 2026 deploys free sightseeing tickets.

Implementing the policy of the Hanoi People's Committee, from the morning of February 20, tourists do not have to buy tickets to visit the Huong Son relic site, just need to buy boat tickets at 110,000 VND/person for pilgrimage. The policy aims to create conditions for people and tourists to access cultural and spiritual values at the beginning of spring, and at the same time contribute to stimulating tourism demand in the Capital.

The Organizing Committee refunds money to those who have booked scenic spot tickets within the time frame from 0:00 on February 20 to 24:00 on February 22, through direct and online forms. The separation of ferry tickets and free sightseeing has received the consensus of a large number of tourists.

A noteworthy new point in this year's festival season is free parking at parking lots managed by the Organizing Committee, contributing to reducing costs for people and enhancing the image of a civilized and friendly festival.

Right from the morning of the 4th day of Tet, thousands of vehicles flocked to the festival area. Functional forces proactively diverted and arranged vehicles to enter the station according to the plan; when the main station was full, vehicles were regulated to nearby locations, ensuring smooth traffic on the main roads.

At key traffic junctions, there are police forces, the Organizing Committee and coordinating units guiding vehicles to move and park in accordance with regulations.

To serve tourists from the parking lot to Yen wharf area, electric cars are arranged to operate continuously, regulated reasonably, avoiding localized overload. In addition, boat ticket counters are additionally arranged at the parking lot to reduce pressure on the central area and shorten waiting time.

Currently, it is the peak tourist season at the beginning of spring, with tens of thousands of visitors returning for pilgrimage every day. Although the number of people and vehicles has increased sharply, security and order at bus stations and ferry terminals are basically ensured, and prolonged congestion has not occurred.

Free sightseeing tickets until the 6th day of Tet, combined with organizing scientific traffic, has created a positive impression on tourists right from the early days of the festival, aiming to build a "Safe - Friendly - Quality" festival season.
