The festival lasts for 6 days (from April 19 to 24; i.e., from the 3rd to the 8th of the 3rd year of Binh Ngo) with many unique activities.
Phu Day Festival associated with Phu Day Relic Complex is a complex with more than 20 unique architectural works, including 3 works associated with Saint Mother Lieu Hanh: Tien Huong Main Palace, Van Cat Palace and Lieu Hanh Mausoleum.
The Phu Day relic complex has high artistic value, associated with the worship of Saint Mother Lieu Hanh, and was ranked as a national relic in 1975.
Some activities are organized such as the art festival of Chau Van singing, folk games such as tug-of-war, stick pushing, duck catching, human chess competition, sutra procession, torch procession and traditional rituals imbued with the cultural and religious identity of Mother Goddess worship.
At the festival, there will also be calligraphy pulling activities to be held on April 23rd and 24th at Van Cat Palace and Tien Huong Palace, with calligraphy sets with spiritual meanings such as Mau nghi thien ha and Quoc thai dan an, attracting the attention of a large number of people and tourists.
