Prohibited streets include: Hoang Van Thu street (section from Hoang Van Thu - Tran Quang Khai intersection to Cau Dat intersection); Dinh Tien Hoang street (section from Dinh Tien Hoang - Tran Quang Khai intersection to Dinh Tien Hoang - Tran Phu intersection); Tran Hung Dao street (section from Tran Hung Dao - Le Dai Hanh intersection to Tran Hung Dao - Dinh Tien Hoang intersection); Tran Phu street (section from Nguyen Duc Canh - Cau Dat intersection to Tran Phu - Nguyen Khuyen intersection); Quang Trung street (section from Quang Trung - Hoang Van Thu intersection to intersection - back street of the Exhibition House); Nguyen Duc Canh street (section from intersection with back street of the Exhibition House); Le Dai Hanh street (section from Le Dai Hanh - Phan Chu Trinh intersection to Le Dai Hanh - Tran Hung Dao intersection); Cau Dat street (section from Cau Dat - Hai Ba Trung intersection to Cau Dat - Nguyen Duc Can
The city also prohibits vehicles from participating in traffic on Tran Hung Dao and Quang Trung streets from the Tran Hung Dao - Le Dai Hanh intersection to the Quang Trung - Me Linh intersection.
When implementing the traffic diversion and regulation plan, people can park at locations: Hoang Van Thu Street (from the right wing of the City Theater to the intersection of Tran Quang Khai Street); Dinh Tien Hoang Street (from the left wing of the City Theater to the intersection of Tran Quang Khai Street); Tran Hung Dao Street (section from Dien Bien Phu - Tran Hung Dao intersection to Hoang Dieu - Tran Hung Dao intersection); Tran Phu Street (section from Dien Bien Phu - Tran Phu intersection to Le Thanh Tong - Tran Phu intersection); Headquarters of the old Border Guard Command, No. 27 Luong Khanh Thien; Ngo Quyen High School, No. 2 Me Linh; Hai Phong Continuing Education Center, No. 33 Nguyen Duc Canh; Ho Sen Sports Park, No. 10 Ho Sen.
In addition to the above locations, motorbikes can park on the sidewalks of To Huu flower garden and Kim Dong flower garden areas according to the instructions of the People's Committees of Hong Bang, Ngo Quyen, and Gia Vien wards.
Based on the actual traffic order and safety situation, the time for prohibiting and restricting vehicles may start earlier and be longer than the time mentioned above. During the temporary traffic diversion period, the Traffic Police Department - Hai Phong City Police requests vehicle drivers participating in traffic to proactively determine their travel routes, comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and the guidance of traffic control forces.
