The stand system is made of specialized wooden floors and iron frame frames with 5 levels, red carpet, with safety railings around, divided into 3 zones, including the VIP area (826 seats), the delegate area (4,050 seats) and the general guest area (with invitation tickets 3. 260 seats). For audiences without tickets, the Organizing Committee arranges space behind the specialized stand, installs 4 live LED screens in this area to serve direct viewing through the screen.
Up to this point, the stage has completed the floor, layers, truss; is installing LED, sound, lighting, stage, and completing the stage floor system.
