Mikazuki expands Japanese resort ecosystem in Da Nang

Mikazuki Vietnam has just inaugurated the Mikazuki Villas The Ryokan category at Da Nang Mikazuki Japanese Resorts & Spa, Da Nang City noon on June 1.

Attending the ceremony were Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, Japanese Consul General in Da Nang Mori Takero, Chairman of Mikazuki Group Yoshimune Odaka and representatives of agencies, businesses and domestic and international partners.

Mikazuki Villas The Ryokan is a high-class resort villa project in the next development phase of Da Nang Mikazuki ecosystem. The project includes 14 2- and 3-bedroom villas, with an area of up to 284m2 each, developed according to the modern Ryokan model, combining traditional Japanese architecture and modern amenities. This is a high-class tourism product imbued with Japanese cultural imprints in Da Nang, Vietnam.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi assessed that putting the project into operation is a meaningful development step for Da Nang's high-class resort ecosystem. The project not only adds high-quality tourism products but also contributes to diversifying the experience for tourists, showing an investment trend focusing on service quality, resort space and unique cultural values.

City leaders believe that Mikazuki Group's continued expansion of investment in Da Nang is proof of the confidence of Japanese businesses in the local investment environment, and also contributes to promoting Vietnam-Japan cooperation in the fields of economy, tourism and cultural exchange.

According to Mr. Yoshimune Odaka, after 4 years of operation, Da Nang Mikazuki achieved an annual room occupancy rate exceeding 70%. Phase 2 of the project is additionally invested with about 3 billion Yen, bringing the total number of rooms to 447 rooms. With the current number of visitors reaching about 770,000 per year, the business aims to attract 1 million visitors per year after completing the expansion phase.

Mikazuki Villas The Ryokan is expected to officially welcome guests from June 15, 2026, continuing to complete the Japanese-style resort ecosystem in Da Nang, contributing to improving the competitiveness of the city's tourism industry in the new period.
