On April 14, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province said that it was planned to implement the Scheme on Community Tourism Development in Vietnam in the province. This is considered a strategic step, in order to form typical tourism models that bring village breaths, and create new thrust for the rural economy, especially in remote areas, the living place of ethnic minorities.

According to the province's orientation, community tourism development will not only stop attracting visitors to the village, but the process of refreshing old values in a more sustainable and humane way. Visitors to Binh Dinh are not merely to admire the scenery, take photos, but will live in fishing village space, vegetable fields, ethnic villages ...
The models built must ensure to preserve and promote the values of traditional culture, landscape, and ecological space typical of each locality. At the same time, creating motivation for people to directly participate in tourism activities - from making homestay, organizing experience, introducing specific products to service supply.

Right in 2025, Binh Dinh aims to build and perfect pilot models in four localities, each with a separate color.
In Nhon Ly commune (Quy Nhon city) - where the fishing village is nestled by the Ky Co beach - the community tourism will be associated with the marine space, traditional cuisine and typical lifestyle of coastal residents. The goal is to attract over 900,000 visitors, an increase of 18.5% compared to the previous year, raising people's income to 2-3 times and creating jobs for more than 2,700 local laborers.
In Nhon Hai commune (Quy Nhon city), the model will develop in the direction of marine eco -tourism, combined with diving to see corals, water surface sports and indigenous seafood cuisine experience. The province has planned to invest in the system of Chinese bridges, parking lots, passenger transit points and entertainment services on the water, in order to welcome more than 122,000 passengers, achieving more than 60 billion VND in 2025.
In Thuan Nghia vegetable village (Phu Phong town, Tay Son district), community tourism will revolve around clean agriculture - organic agricultural products - cultural villages. The goal is to form a typical eco -agricultural - agricultural tourism model, welcoming about 10,000 visitors in 2025, developing 2-3 homestay and expanding local vegetable consumption channels.
At K3 village (Vinh Son commune, Vinh Thanh district) - one of the villages of Ba Na people, community tourism will develop in the direction of resort, experience culture - ethnic minority festival.
In 2025, this destination aims to welcome 36,000 visitors, the revenue reaches 7 billion dong, forming 6-8 accommodation establishments, homestay operated by indigenous people.
Not only creates unique tourism products, Binh Dinh also sets a goal by 2030, each locality in the province will build at least one community tourism model with its own characteristics, capable of connecting to the common tourism chain and replicating the whole region.
