In 2026, Hung Yen province is expected to organize many provincial-level traditional festivals to preserve and promote the value of cultural heritage and promote the local image. Typical festivals include: Tran Temple Festival (taking place from January 13-17), Da Hoa - Da Trach Temple Festival, Pho Hien Folk Culture Festival, Hung Yen Longan Festival and Keo Pagoda Autumn Festival. The activities are organized solemnly, safely, economically, harmoniously combining the ritual part and the festival part, contributing to promoting tourism development.
In which, the Da Hoa - Da Trach Temple Festival 2026 is a prominent event, expected to take place in 3 days, from March 28 to 30 (ie February 10-12 of the lunar calendar) at Da Hoa Temple (Me So commune) and Hoa Da Trach Temple (Trieu Viet Vuong commune). The highlight of the festival is the opening program associated with the ceremony to receive the Certificate of Special National Relic Site of Da Hoa - Da Trach Relic Site, held on March 28 at Da Hoa Temple.
The event is of particular importance, marking the State's recognition of the typical historical and cultural values of the relic site, associated with the legend and career of Chu Dong Tu. This is not only an honor for the locality but also an opportunity to honor, preserve and promote the precious heritage values of the nation.
The opening ceremony is expected to include many solemn contents such as: flag salute ceremony, introduction of delegates, opening speech, awarding Certificate of Special National Relic Ranking, awarding Certificate of National Treasure, opening drum and special art program.
