Ha Tinh Temple of Literature Festival 2026 is organized by Thanh Sen Ward People's Committee. In a unique cultural space, the festival features many rich activities, connecting tradition and modernity, becoming a rendezvous for culture, art and knowledge.
The Temple of Literature Festival is organized to honor Taoism, show gratitude to talented people; and at the same time promote traditional cultural values, spreading the spirit of studiousness of the people of Thanh Sen in particular and Ha Tinh in general.

At the opening ceremony, leaders of Thanh Sen ward solemnly performed incense offering and reporting rituals, expressing sincerity and deep gratitude to the elders and cultural figures.
Next, the festival features folk games such as: card games, hand wrestling, sack dancing... attracting the attention of the people.


The Ha Tinh Temple of Literature Festival also has main activities: welcoming art night; procession and worship ceremony for elders and dignitaries; procession and worship ceremony of clans and people; closing ceremony and award ceremony for sports and folk games.

The festival part includes: calligraphy festival, spring book and newspaper festival, folk games, prize-winning entertainment, culinary festival, sightseeing...
According to history books, Van Mieu Ha Tinh was built from the 14th year of Minh Mang's reign (1833) in Hoan village, Dong Lo commune (now Vinh Hoa residential group, Thanh Sen ward) on an area of 5,000 m2. This is a historical and cultural relic to honor Taoism, worship cultural figures and talented people.
The organization of the Temple of Literature festival aims to restore and promote the traditional cultural values of the people of Thanh Sen ward in particular and Ha Tinh in general; creating a space for cultural and religious activities.
The festival is also an opportunity to respectfully express gratitude to predecessors, honor the tradition of studiousness, arouse the spirit of valuing morality, valuing talent, nurturing the aspiration to study and serve the homeland for today's and future generations.
