The center of storm No. 3 is about 630km east of Quang Ninh - Hai Phong. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 12 (118-133km/h), gusting to level 15. The storm is moving west at a speed of 20-25km/h.
Storm No. 3 Wipha will make landfall on the coast of Quang Ninh - Ninh Binh around July 21, strong storm level 10 - 11, gust level 14 and move at a speed of about 15km/h.
