According to the Quang Ninh Tourism Promotion Center, 21 hotels supported free accommodation for families of train safety victims. Immediately after the QN-7105 tourist boat capsize near Dau Go cave (Ha Long Bay).
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province has proactively coordinated with local authorities and the Quang Ninh Hotel Association to develop an emergency plan to support the victims' families.
In order to support and share with the families of the victims of the train capsize in Ha Long Bay, as of the evening of July 19, more than 20 hotels in Quang Ninh province have registered to support free accommodation for the victims' relatives. furthermore, the hotel industry is a member of the Vietnam Bank for Industry.
In particular, many hotels also arranged all available rooms, at the same time, mobilizing human resources and volunteers to be on duty 24/7 to welcome and support the victims' families.
In addition, many hotels also support free meals. Some organizations, individuals and volunteer groups supported the distribution of rice, congee, snacks, drinks, milk and necessities to relatives.

On the evening of July 19, knowing about the sudden thunderstorms that caused the tourist boat capsize near Dau Go cave, Ha Long Bay, Mr. Dang Van Toan, Director of T&Y Group Trading & Tourism Company Limited, quickly shared information supporting rooms at his Green Suite Hotel.
From the evening of July 19 to now, Mr. Toan has received countless calls from supporting parties and those in need of support. The hotel proactively prepared dozens of meals and congee to travel to Ha Long at night.
At the same time, the hotel also arranged empty hotel rooms to be ready to welcome the victims' families on July 20.

Early on July 20, the QN-7105 tourist boat was towed ashore and capsized. 10 people were rescued, 35 bodies were found and 4 victims are still missing.
By 11:30 on July 20, the Ha Long Bay sea area had high waves of 4-5, making rescue operations difficult. However, in addition to the means of the authorities such as the waterway police, fire prevention and rescue, many fishing boats of local fishermen have also been mobilized to participate.

Updated at 1:00 p.m. on July 20, the center of storm No. 3 Wipha was at about 21.9°N; 113.4°E, in the northern sea area of the North East Sea, about 630km east of Quang Ninh - Hai Phong. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 12 (118-133km/h), gusting to level 15. The storm is moving west at a speed of 20-25km/h.
Storm No. 3 has strengthened to level 2 compared to 20 hours ago, currently gusting to level 15, forecasting a strong impact on the weather at sea and on land in the provinces from Quang Ninh to Ha Tinh.
