The art program "Under the glorious flag of the Party" officially takes place at My Dinh Stadium (Hanoi) at 8 pm, with the highlight being the unprecedentedly magnificent fireworks display.
According to Lao Dong's records, right from 5 pm on January 23, a crowded flow of vehicles headed towards My Dinh area. Many people and tourists headed towards the roads around the stadium to wait for art fireworks displays and especially the 15-minute high-altitude fireworks display to end the program.

The sudden increase in vehicle volume caused many roads leading to My Dinh to be congested. The western area of Hanoi is under great traffic pressure before the program starts.
At the Me Tri - Le Quang Dao, Tran Duy Hung - Thang Long Avenue axes, the flow of people flocked in more and more. Vehicles jostled tightly at the turnarounds, causing the traffic police force to operate at full capacity to divert and regulate the flow of vehicles.
Mr. Khoa Hung (born in 1989, residing in Me Tri) shared: "Every day I travel this distance to get home, but today the traffic jam is really serious. It's only 5 pm and the streets are already packed with people, vehicles line up and move little by little".

Due to strict security requirements, the area directly opposite the stadium has been barricaded. People and tourists are instructed to stand at a minimum distance of 500m to ensure safety and have the best visibility.
To ensure security and safety for the event, Hanoi City Police implemented a strict traffic diversion plan from 6:00 PM to 12:00 PM on January 23.
Accordingly, functional forces temporarily ban all vehicles on the following routes: Le Duc Tho (Nguyen Hoang - Le Quang Dao section), Le Quang Dao (Le Duc Tho - Me Tri section), along with Tan My, Do Xuan Hop, Nguyen Co Thach streets (Tran Huu Duc - Ham Nghi section) and Tran Huu Duc (Nguyen Van Giap - Le Duc Tho section).
At the same time, vehicles are also restricted from circulating through the areas of Nguyen Hoang, Ham Nghi, Trinh Van Bo, Chau Van Liem, Me Tri and the remaining sections of the Le Duc Tho and Nguyen Co Thach axes.

A special art program to celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, celebrating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Party, will begin at 8 pm on January 23. The My Dinh area is expected to continue to be crowded before the fireworks display time.
People and tourists are advised to proactively take the route and comply with the instructions of functional forces to ensure safety.
