The large-scale art fireworks display is a highlight in the art program celebrating the success of the 14th National Party Congress held at 8 pm on January 23 at My Dinh National Stadium (Hanoi).
The fireworks display was staged throughout with 6 consecutive fireworks, ending with high-altitude fireworks lasting about 15 minutes.

Fireworks displays are installed on the roof and around the stands of My Dinh National Stadium.
In which, fireworks are installed on the roof and on both sides of stand B; high-altitude fireworks are arranged from halfway Le Duc Tho street, through the clock to the vacant land in front of the Aquatic Sports Palace, Tu Liem ward.
The fireworks display system is arranged in an arc-shaped terrain, expanding the scope of observation for spectators both inside and outside the stadium.
Some places to watch beautiful high-altitude fireworks are the Hanoi - Nam Tu Liem Children's Palace area, Mai Dich regulating lake park (viewing high-altitude fireworks from afar), Nhan My village, Le Quang Dao street, Do Xuan Hop, Dinh Thon, Hong Do street, Chau Van Liem, Phu Do, My Dinh, Le Duc Tho - Ham Nghi intersection...
If you want to watch fireworks, people and tourists need to stand near the streets around My Dinh Stadium.
Residents living in adjacent buildings such as The Matrix One, My Dinh Pearl, The Emerald, The Manor area, or Golden Palace Me Tri... will have balconies facing the stadium, which is extremely convenient to watch fireworks.
Some buildings such as Dolphin Plaza, Keangnam Landmark72... are also ideal high-altitude fireworks viewing spots.
Because the roads around the stadium will be completely closed to vehicles from 6:00 PM to 12:00 PM on January 23, people and tourists need to proactively choose suitable vehicles, calculate reasonable travel time to be present at the fireworks viewing point at least 60 minutes before the program starts.
If you are traveling by private car, park your car around the restricted area, then walk into the streets around My Dinh Stadium to have the best view to both admire fireworks and high-altitude fireworks.

The special art program on the evening of January 23rd aims to celebrate the success of the 14th Party Congress, and also towards the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026).
The event was chaired by the Hanoi City Party Committee, co-organized by the Hanoi City People's Committee and broadcast live on Vietnam Television.
The program includes three art chapters: "Chant under the Party Flag", "With the Party, full faith and love" and "Under the glorious flag of the Party", recreating important historical milestones, spreading pride and aspirations for national development.
