The Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police implemented road prohibitions and traffic diversion to serve a special art program and fireworks display to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress.

Scope of road prohibitions and vehicle restrictions
Hanoi traffic police will temporarily ban all vehicles from circulating on the following routes:
Le Duc Tho (section from Nguyen Hoang to Le Quang Dao).
Le Quang Dao (section from Le Duc Tho to Me Tri).
Tan My, Do Xuan Hop.
Nguyen Co Thach (section from Tran Huu Duc to Ham Nghi).
Tran Huu Duc (section from Nguyen Van Giap to Le Duc Tho).
In addition, functional forces also restrict vehicles, especially cars, on the following routes:
Le Duc Tho (section from Nguyen Hoang to Ho Tung Mau).
Nguyen Co Thach (section from Ham Nghi to Ho Tung Mau).
Nguyen Hoang, Ham Nghi, Trinh Van Bo.
Le Quang Dao (section from Me Tri to Thang Long Avenue).
Chau Van Liem (including the overpass at the intersection).
Me Tri.
Alternative route
To reduce congestion during traffic jams and traffic diversion, Hanoi Police guide vehicles from National Highway 32 to Thang Long Avenue and vice versa according to the route:
Ho Tung Mau - Pham Hung - Thang Long Avenue and vice versa.
Or by line:
Ho Tung Mau - Cau Dien - Xuan Phuong - provincial road 70 - Thang Long Avenue and vice versa.

Details of the fireworks display schedule on the evening of January 23rd in the special program to celebrate the success of the Party Congress
A special art program to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress will take place at 8:00 PM on January 23 at My Dinh National Stadium (Hanoi).
The program consists of three parts: "Chant under the Party Flag", "With the Party, full faith and love" and "Under the glorious flag of the Party", recreating important historical milestones, spreading the spirit of pride and aspiration to develop the country.
The highlight of the program is a large-scale art fireworks display with 6 consecutive fireworks, closing with a high-altitude fireworks section lasting about 15 minutes. Fireworks effects are staged diversely, constantly changing, creating rich images in the sky of Hanoi.
Fireworks displays are installed on the roof and around the stands of My Dinh Stadium, combining fireworks and high-altitude explosions. The firing system is arranged in an arc-shaped terrain, helping spectators inside and outside the stadium to observe conveniently.
