On the afternoon of November 14, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Sa Pa ward, Lao Cai province held a conference to call on sponsors to support cement, sand, stone, gravel and workers to carry out the "100-day and night campaign" to upgrade, renovate and renew alley roads, residential groups and residential areas in the area.
According to the leader of Sa Pa ward, due to the rapid urbanization, harsh climate and complex terrain, many roads and drainage ditches, and lighting systems have degraded. Some residential areas still have dirt roads, muddy in the rainy season, dusty in the dry season, affecting people's lives and the image of Sa Pa tourism.
After reviewing the entire area, Sa Pa ward currently has 47 roads that need to be invested in, upgraded, expanded or renovated, along with many alleys and hamlets that need to be supplemented or newly installed with public lighting systems. This is a huge amount of work, requiring significant investment resources.
To implement the "100-day and night campaign", Sa Pa ward has called on businesses, cooperatives, production and business establishments, restaurants, hotels in the area, along with all cadres, civil servants, union members, association members and people to support cement, sand, stone, gravel, workers, trees, lighting; contribute funds, materials, construction vehicles; participate in labor, donate land, contribute to work...

Right after the program to launch the 100-day and night campaign", Sa Pa ward received over 1.8 billion VND from units, businesses and individuals.
The 100-day and night campaign is a large-scale action movement, aiming to build a bright - green - clean - beautiful - safe urban appearance, contributing to improving the quality of life of people and promoting sustainable tourism development.
It is expected that 47 roads will be completed for investment, upgrading, expansion or renovation before Tet, Mr. Phan Dang Toan - Secretary of Sa Pa Ward shared with Lao Dong.
