The agreement marks the first launch of Conrad Hotels & Resorts and LXR Hotels & Resorts in Vietnam, while preparing accommodation infrastructure to serve APEC 2027 and enhancing Vietnam's resort tourism.
Hilton owns 25 brands, more than 8,800 hotels, nearly 1.3 million rooms in 139 countries and territories, and more than 200 million members are loyal customers. This is the next collaboration between Sun Group and the world-famous hotel group Hilton, after La Festa Phu Quoc - a project with the high-end brand Curio Collection by Hilton - was launched, bringing a very unique and unique resort choice with a Mediterranean style to tourists.
This new cooperation, with the direct participation of Chairman and CEO - Mr. Chris Nassetta - marks a greater development in scale and influence, when Sun Group and Hilton brought major brands including hotel & Resorts, LXR hotels & Resorts, Hilton hotels & Resorts and DoubleTree by Hilton to operation in three regions of Vietnam.

Phu Quoc is considered a strategic highlight in the cooperation agreement between the two sides. Here, Hilton will bring hotel brands conceded Ph Ph Quoc, Hilton Phu Quoc and DoubleTree by Hilton Phu Quoc, providing nearly 2,000 rooms of the multi-brand hotel complex at the tourist complex and large-scale events to serve the APEC 2027 Summit, bringing outstanding hospitality capacity, enough to serve a large number of delegates, guests and international reporters attending important diplomatic events of Vietnam.
This hotel cluster also easily connects with the conference center, Phu Quoc International Airport and with the launch of the new airline Sun PhuQuoc Airways, creating a closed ecosystem, so that Phu Quoc specialties are ready to become the leading MICE center in Asia - Pacific, attracting international events as well as high-end customers.
In Quang Ninh, Hilton Quang Hanh Onsen Resort will bring Hilton's signature service to Northern Vietnam, with 216 rooms and villas, accompanied by many amenities such as the bathroom of a resort with a Japanese Onsen style, promising to bring a unique health care resort experience.
LXR Hotels & Resorts is a chosen brand, including independent hotels with high-end style, will be launched for the first time in Vietnam through the resort on green Island on the Han River, Da Nang. With personalized services, unique designs and indigenous cultural experiences, the hotel promises to bring visitors closer to the hidden values of Da Nang in a luxurious and top-notch accommodation space and amenities. This is also the first time the LXR hotels & Resorts brand has been present in Vietnam.
