On July 23rd at Ariyana Da Nang International Convention Center, the HORECFEX organizers officially announced information about the series of activities of the HORECFEX Vietnam 2026 Forum taking place on August 20th and 21st.
The HORECFEX Vietnam 2026 Forum, positioned as the Technology, Innovation and Supply Forum for Hospitality & Tourism (Hospitality & Tourism Forum for Technology, Innovation & Procurement), aims to discuss the future, promote innovation and digital transformation for the accommodation and culinary services industry in Vietnam and the region.
The discussion sessions will focus on core issues that are shaping the future of the tourism - hotel industry such as artificial intelligence (AI) application, automation, data management, smart rooms, revenue optimization, sustainable development and improving the quality of human resources in the digital age.
The forum is organized according to a model combining thematic seminars, supply exhibitions and parallel B2B trade connection programs, creating a space for direct meetings for businesses and suppliers to seek long-term cooperation opportunities.
For Da Nang City, the event affirms its position as the leading event and tourism center of the Central region, creating great opportunities for the local and domestic HORECA business community to access modern management solutions, strengthen links with regional and global markets.
The special feature of HORECFEX Vietnam 2026 is that not only stopping at theory or simple display, the organizers have put modern technology solutions into "combat" applications right in the organization stage. Guests participating directly experience Rokid smart glasses integrated with AI supporting multilingual translation in real time, Meta Quest 3 virtual reality glasses recreating a 360-degree space to support destination promotion, along with a smart robot ecosystem participating in security patrols, welcoming and serving dishes at banquet tables.
