The Culture, Sports and Tourism sector of Vinh Long province has just had a week of exciting activities, recording many impressive sports achievements and actively preparing for the Culture, Sports and Tourism Week associated with Ok Om Bok Festival 2025.
Preparations for the Ok Om Bok Festival 2025 are being urgently implemented. The Department of Culture and Family Management plans to exhibit Khmer products and appraises the opening scenario.
The Cultural Center approved the art program and the visual cheering maket. The Famtrip Tourism Promotion Center plans to survey tourist routes, Southern Cuisine Space 2025 and the tourism exhibition "Vinh Long - convergence Land - A three-way journey at three points of contact".
The Khmer Anh Binh Minh art troupe rehearsed a music and dance program to serve the festival.
Submitting a Certificate of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee to a household donating artifacts of artistic, historical and cultural value to the Vinh Long Museum; Submitting a Labor Medal to an individual with a process of contributing to the construction and protection of the Fatherland.
Vinh Long Museum welcomed 1,350 visitors, collected 657 paintings and 53 visual documents. Nguyen Dinh Chieu Library serves 41,481 readers with 29,665 documents, the Relic Management Board welcomes 6,640 visitors.
Vinh Long tourism welcomed over 2,000 visitors, including nearly 300 international visitors.
