On June 28, within the framework of the tourism development cooperation signing conference between Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee and Vietravel Tourism Joint Stock Company, the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a survey program of tourism products in the area.
Participating in the program are representatives of travel businesses and units operating in the tourism sector. The delegation surveyed and experienced many typical tourism products to assess service quality, and at the same time seek opportunities to connect and build tours and routes suitable to market needs.
During the journey, the delegation traveled by boat on the Ham Luong River, listened to introductions about destinations, learned about the lives of fishermen and experienced typical activities such as picking ban, enjoying fresh coconut water, grilled shrimp right on the boat.
The delegation also visited Thanh Son communal house, learned about the formation process, architecture and unique cultural values of the Southern village communal house, contributing to enriching the local cultural tourism products.
Through the survey program, Vinh Long tourism industry continues to evaluate and improve experiential tourism products in a unique and distinctive direction; strengthen connections with travel businesses to build new tours and routes, contributing to promoting the image of the homeland and effectively promoting tourism potential associated with local culture.
