Appearing in the program "Newlyweds", Dang Quang Dai (28 years old) and Le Thi Van (24 years old) shared the special love story of a couple in the same medical field.
Quang Dai has just completed the resident doctor training program of Hanoi Medical University, majoring in surgery and delving into the field of andrology. Meanwhile, Le Thi Van has just graduated as a general practitioner at the Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy.
The two first met during a shift at the hospital. At that time, Quang Dai was in his second year of resident doctor training, and Van was a fourth-year student coming to the hospital for internship.
Quang Dai's first impression of his wife was not related to her outstanding appearance. He recounted that Van at that time had normal hair, no makeup, wore a mask and wore a slightly faded blouse.
“I found her very normal, even a bit'alert'. But after a few lectures, I realized she was very diligent in examining patients, often asking questions and being curious about expertise,” the male doctor recalled.
On Van's side, she admitted that medical students often admire resident doctors because they are people with good professional competence, overcoming difficult entrance exams.
In one month of internship, Van had four shifts and coincidentally all four times were on duty with Quang Dai. His way of guiding clinical knowledge, examining and classifying patients impressed her. However, due to work pressure at the hospital, the two did not have time to get to know each other.
About a year later, they met again when they were invited together to take advertising photos for a blouse. Quang Dai was surprised when the simple female student of the past appeared with a neat appearance.
When taking photos, she put on makeup, wears a pure white blouse and shines. I started to have a little affection," he said.
After the working session, Quang Dai asked Van's Zalo to exchange work. However, at that time, he was in his final year of boarding school.
About 3-4 months later, being urged by his family about their relationship, Quang Dai decided to invite Van to go to the movies. The girl initially refused because there were only two days left until the exam. After many times of begging, Van finally agreed.
In the first date, Van brought both books and materials to take advantage of reviewing. She also asked Quang Dai's homework while going out. The male doctor was not very excited but still answered a few questions and tried to switch topics so that the two could chat and learn about each other.
The movie screening took place quickly and there was no romantic action. It was not until the second meeting, after Van completed the exam with good results, that they first held hands.
After three months of getting to know each other, Quang Dai officially confessed his love. The couple brought each other to meet and quickly received the support of both families.
