According to Resolution No. 07/2024/NQ-HDND of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Council, Article 3 stipulates as follows:
Article 3. Support, training, regimes and policies for people participating in security and order protection forces at the grassroots level.
1. Regular monthly support level:
a) Head of Security and Order Protection Team is 1,440,000 VND.
b) Deputy Head of Security and Order Protection Team is 1,260,000 VND.
c) Security and order protection team member is 1,080,000 VND.
In Phu Yen, according to Resolution No. 04/2024/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of this province, Article 4 stipulates as follows:
Article 4. Level of regular monthly support; level of support for voluntary social insurance and health insurance for members of the Security and Order Protection Team
1. Members of the Security and Order Protection Team are regularly supported monthly according to the regional minimum wage as follows:
a) For the Security and Order Protection Team in Region III: Team Leader 50% of the regional minimum wage; Deputy Team Leader 40% of the regional minimum wage; Team member 30% of the regional minimum wage.
b) For the Security and Order Protection Team in Region IV: Team Leader 55% of the regional minimum wage; Deputy Team Leader 45% of the regional minimum wage; Team member 30% of the regional minimum wage.
In addition, members of the Security and Order Protection Team are also entitled to other levels of support and compensation according to the provisions of this Resolution.
According to Decree 74/2024/ND-CP, the current regional minimum wage in region I is 4,960,000 VND/month;
- Region II: 4,410,000 VND/month; Region III: 3,860,000 VND/month; Region IV: 3,450,000 VND/month.
