After the first day of opening ticket sales for BIGBANG 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR IN HANOI concert, information about tickets became even more concerned by fans. On social networking groups, some accounts began advertising "internal tickets", "employee tickets", "partner tickets" or committing to be able to reserve seats before opening hours.
Faced with this situation, VPBank - the program organizer in Vietnam has issued a notice affirming that there are no "internal tickets", "reservation tickets" or separate ticket sources as advertised on social networks.
According to the announcement, all commercial tickets for the two performances in Hanoi are distributed on the CTicket platform according to the official opening schedule. Therefore, invitations requesting deposits to "hold tickets", "keep a good position" or commitments to definitely have tickets before the opening time do not come from the official distribution source.
BIGBANG's concert takes place on October 24 and 25 at My Dinh National Stadium, marking the group's first world tour after 9 years and part of a series of activities to celebrate its 20th anniversary. The heat of the event caused ticket sales information to appear early.
Among them, the common trick is that sellers put out advertisements such as "successfully covering tickets", "no queuing", "private source tickets" or commit to being in the right area, in the right line. Some cases require customers to transfer an advance amount of money to keep the slot.
However, the fact that an account uses price lists, seating charts or images related to the program does not mean that person owns a special ticket source. This information can all be obtained from public channels.
The risk also appears on fake websites or links to ticket sales platforms. Users may be asked to provide account information, passwords, OTP codes or payment card information. These are data that can be exploited to steal money or accounts.
Transactions with individuals claiming to have "internal tickets" also pose risks in cases where sellers cannot buy tickets at the official opening sale. At that time, the deposit may not be refunded and the buyer has no basis to ensure their rights.
The organizers recommend that viewers follow information from official channels and only conduct transactions on the announced ticket sales platform. Fans also need to be wary of unusual invitations, especially requests to transfer money in advance to "hold spots".
BIGBANG's concert in Hanoi attracted a large number of audiences right in the first opening sale with tickets sold out in 2 hours. On the 2nd opening day for VPBank cardholders, fans need to confirm the correct official ticket sales channel and do not believe in advertisements about "internal tickets" to limit the risk of being scammed.
