Math answers for the 2026 high school graduation exam, code 0109

On the afternoon of June 11, more than 1.2 million candidates nationwide continued to take the second session of the 2026 high school graduation exam with the Math subject. The exam time is 90 minutes.

This is an exam subject organized in the form of multiple choice, including three types of questions: choosing the correct answer, correct/wrong question and short answer question.

According to the regulations of the 2026 high school graduation exam, each candidate will take 4 subjects, including 2 compulsory subjects: Mathematics and Literature, along with 2 elective subjects belonging to the subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Informatics, Economic and Legal Education, Industrial-Oriented Technology, Agricultural-Oriented Technology or Foreign Languages. Candidates are allowed to register to take a foreign language test different from the foreign language they are studying in high school.

The Ministry of Education and Training said that the exam content is within the general education program at the high school level, mainly focusing on 12th grade knowledge, and also integrating some contents of 10th and 11th grades.

The exam questions are built according to a matrix of levels of thinking from recognition, understanding to application, thereby assessing the capacity and qualities of learners according to the requirements of the new general education program.

Similar to 2025, this year's exam questions continue to ensure appropriate differentiation to serve the goal of considering high school graduation recognition and university admissions. In addition, some questions are designed in a direction associated with practice, requiring candidates to apply the knowledge they have learned to solve situations in life.
