Leaving the exam site of Le Quy Don High School (HCMC), Diep Nguyen Ha said she was quite satisfied with her exam paper.
I think the exam is relatively okay, the parts I have reviewed all appear in the exam. However, I am a little regretful because I have not reviewed carefully some types of questions" - Nguyen Ha shared.
According to the female student, the most difficult part lies in the two probability questions in the short answer section when it requires candidates to spend time reasoning and thinking. "If you sit calmly and analyze, you can still do it" - Nguyen Ha said.
In general, Nguyen Ha said that this year's exam questions are as difficult as last year. The differentiation mainly lies in two probability questions and one question in the form of right - wrong.
With his work, Nguyen Ha expects to get over 8 points in Mathematics.
Meanwhile, Mai Trinh Khanh Dung commented that this year's exam questions are not tricky and have innovations in approach.
According to Khanh Dung, the level of thinking of the exam is similar to previous years, but candidates need to find out the rules and solutions of the problem instead of just applying familiar formulas.
Compared to last year's exam, I find this year's exam similar, even easier" - Khanh Dung said.
The male student assessed that the multiple-choice questions and the right-wrong section were quite basic, creating conditions for candidates to achieve a score of about 7. The short answer section has two questions that are relatively easy to score, while the remaining questions require more thinking ability and application of knowledge. However, according to me, candidates who have reviewed carefully can still handle these questions.
Similar to Nguyen Ha, Khanh Dung also said that the two probability questions are the questions with the ability to classify candidates most clearly. With his work, the male student expects to achieve 8 points or more.
On the teachers' side, according to the assessment of the Mathematics team - Hocmai education system, the 2026 high school graduation Math exam is built in accordance with the structure and format of the 2025 official exam, closely following the requirements of the 2018 General Education Program, in which the focus is on 12th grade knowledge.
According to teachers, the exam has clear differentiation with a diverse system of questions about forms and levels of thinking, creating favorable conditions for assessing candidates' abilities. In particular, correct/wrong questions and short answers continue to promote their role in assessing reading comprehension, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
In terms of content, the exam questions are not outside the curriculum, mainly focusing on 12th grade knowledge, but there is still the appearance of some content belonging to 10th and 11th grades.
