Since July 8, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Van has issued an explanation report, specifically: In 2018, Ms. Van sent a draft document titled "CNC programming techniques" by the author group of which she is the editor. Construction Publishing House and approved for publication.
During the negotiation process, Ms. Van was sent several sample printed books by Construction Publishing House, in which the printed copies had the full number of Publishing Decisions. Currently, Ms. Van still keeps 2 copies of this sample.
According to Ms. Van, about the number of copies of the book "CNC Programming Techniques", Ms. Van does not know the specifics, she only remembers that Construction Publishing House sent her and she sent a few other authors sample copies. This is for checking and commenting before agreeing to publish, in addition, it is not released for commercial purposes.
At the same time, Ms. Van did not receive Publishing Decision No. 180-2018/QD-XBXD dated October 12, 2018 and Decision on revoking ISBN code 978-604-82-2536-0 of Construction Publishing House for with the book "CNC programming techniques".
Therefore, based on the explanatory report of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Van, based on the reality of the case and the provisions of law, Da Nang University of Technical Education has issued a decision to revoke Decision No. Decision No. 02/QD-DHSPKT dated January 3, 2019 of the Principal of the University of Technical Education, University of Danang and the entire book "CNC programming techniques".
However, up to now, complaints against Ms. Van continue to be sent to press agencies.
Currently, Da Nang University of Technical Education continues to work with Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Van to recall the entire printed book "CNC Programming Techniques".

Receiving the complaint, the Department of Information and Communications of Da Nang City immediately requested the University of Technical Education (University of Da Nang) to verify and clarify the case.
