EVNHANOI ensures safe power supply before storm Yagi

    Faced with the complicated developments of storm Yagi , Hanoi Electricity Corporation (EVNHANOI) has proactively taken many measures to ensure safe and continuous power supply.

    From 2:30 p.m. on September 6, many areas in Hanoi began to experience heavy rain and thunderstorms due to the influence of the circulation of storm Yagi (storm number 3).

    Accordingly, EVNHANOI immediately deployed storm prevention plans and requested its affiliated units to be ready to deal with any possible bad situations.

    In particular, strengthening the inspection of the power grid system, maintaining equipment, and reinforcing power poles at key locations are urgently carried out to ensure absolute safety for the power system.

    With proactive and drastic response, EVNHANOI is determined to minimize the damage and impact of storm No. 3, ensuring safe, continuous and stable power supply throughout the capital.
