On May 25, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Vinh Hung Ward Trade Union Inspection Committee had just organized an inspection of the implementation of the Vietnam Trade Union Charter and the management and use of trade union finance at the Vietnam - UK Kindergarten Trade Union.
This is an activity within the 2026 inspection and supervision program of the unit to improve the quality of grassroots trade union activities.
At the working session, the inspection team focused on comprehensively assessing all aspects of the school's trade union work such as the implementation of the Vietnam Trade Union Charter; union member management; maintaining periodic activities; activities to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
The delegation also inspected the system of records, books, and documents; the collection, spending and management of trade union finances in accordance with regulations.
Through actual inspection, the working delegation assessed that the Trade Union of Viet - Anh Kindergarten basically strictly complies with the regulations of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; promotes the role of representing and caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, contributing to successfully completing the assigned professional tasks.
Besides the achieved results, the inspection team also pointed out some limitations that need to be overcome. Due to the specific nature of the operation of private preschools, some contents directed and implemented by the Ward Trade Union in the past time have not been implemented synchronously.
In the spirit of construction and responsibility, the inspection team directly exchanged, professional guidance and proposed specific solutions to help the Executive Committee of the Vietnam - UK Kindergarten Trade Union promptly overcome shortcomings, gradually improve the quality of operations and strengthen the efficiency of trade union financial management at the grassroots level in the coming time.
