Cao Bang won 4 gold medals at the Southeast Asian Youth Jujitsu Championship

Cao Bang - Winning 9 medals of all kinds, the athlete delegation contributed to helping the Vietnamese sports delegation win first place overall.

From July 10 to 14, the Southeast Asian Youth Jujitsu Championship and Championship will take place in the Philippines with the participation of 800 athletes from 8 countries, including Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.

The Vietnamese Jujitsu team played impressively, winning first place overall with a total of 84 Gold Medals, 70 Silver Medals and 74 Bronze Medals. In which, Cao Bang athletes - currently training at the Provincial Sports and Arts Competition - contributed 9 medals, including: 4 Gold, 3 Silver, 2 Bronze.

Accordingly, athlete Phung Mui Nhinh won the fight championship in the -52kg category; Trieu Thu Thuy won the HCV in the Newaza Gi -44kg category, the Show performance certificate (with Trinh Thi Nhep), and the Fighting -48kg category; Vuong Tri Hai won the HCV in the Show performance category, Duo performance certificate, Newaza Gi -52kg certificate; Trieu To Khanh won the HCB in the Newaza Gi -40kg category and Duo performance certificate in Duo U16.

The outstanding achievements in this tournament continue to affirm the remarkable maturity of Jujitsu Cao Bang in the international arena, marking a strong mark in the local high-performance sports movement.
