THF-12 is a tournament that brings together football teams from districts, towns and cities under Thanh Hoa province. This is a practical and useful playground, a place to connect the hometown love of Thanh Hoa people far from home.
The tournament is also a place to connect sports lovers and football enthusiasts. More specifically, through the tournament, the organizing committee hopes to introduce the culture and image of Thanh Hoa people to domestic and foreign friends.
This year's tournament has the participation of 16 teams, divided into 4 groups including: Trieu Son FC, Nghi Son FC, Ba Thuoc FC, Nhu Xuan FC in Group A. Group B includes: Nong Cong FC, Thieu Hoa, Yen Dinh, Quang Xuong. Group C: Tho Xuan FC, Thanh Hoa City, Cam Thuy, Sam Son. Group D: Hau Loc, Ha Trung, Nga Son and Nhu Thanh FC.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Trung - Head of the Organizing Committee - said: THF-12 is truly the most special season in the history of the tournament. This is a season with a message of gratitude and keeping the names of districts, towns and cities under the province before the merger.
The final tournament is held in the traditional format, before the tournament moves to a new history page. A season with a truly difficult economy, after the epidemic is floods, we must also mention the pressure in the organization work, the responsibilities assigned to the Organizing Committee. We must strive to fulfill the goals set for this special season.
With a total prize money of over 100 million VND, the overall prize of the champion will receive 40 million VND along with the Cup and medals; the runner-up will receive 20 million VND, medals; the third place will receive 10 million VND, medals.
THF-12 will take place from December 7, 2025 to January 11, 2026, at the PM Sport stadium system (HCMC). It is known that through the tournament, the organizing committee will also have many activities to support people in the Central region affected by floods.
