Russian cycling racer wins the 19th leg of the Ho Chi Minh City TV Cup

Ba Ria - Vung Tau - Cyclist Ivan Blokhin (Russian) has excellently won the 19th leg of the Ho Chi Minh City TV Cup in 2025, a distance of 176km from Phan Thiet to Vung Tau.

On April 24, the 37th Ho Chi Minh City TV Cup in 2025 kicked off the 19th leg of the 176km distance, starting from Phan Thiet City (Binh Thuan Province) to Bai Truoc area, Vung Tau City (Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province).

The TV Cup starts from Tuyen Quang, passes through the provinces and ends in Ho Chi Minh City, with a journey of more than 3,000km. This is also the return to Ba Ria - Vung Tau of this bicycle tournament after 11 years, since 2014.

In the 19th stage, Russian racer Ivan Blokhin (An Giang Pepper Rice team) won the overall stage. Runner Nguyen Nhat Phat (620 Chau Thoi Vinh Long team) came in second, and Nguyen Anh Huy ( Pelio Kenda Dong Nai team) came in third.

After 19 rounds, racer Mikhail Fokin (An Giang City Lotus Group team) is continuing to wear the yellow shirt; the blue shirt belongs to Nick Kergozou (Vinh Long Agriculture team 620).

The orange shirt belongs to Nguyen Hoang Sang ( Maxxis Le Fruit Dong Nai team); the white shirt belongs to Pham Le Xuan Loc ( milestone 7 team); the red shirt belongs to Savva Novikov (Binh Minh Binh Duong Plastic team).

At the same time, Pelio Kenda Dong Nai is ranked first in team achievements; second is the 7th Military Region team and third is the 620 Chau Thoi Vinh Long team.

According to the plan, on the morning of April 25, the runners started the 20-km route, departing from Cot Co Park ( Bai Sau area, Vung Tau City) to Bien Hoa City (Dong Nai Province).
