Launched from June 6 to August 15, the contest received 699 entries from 224 professional and amateur authors across the country. After three rounds of judging, the Jury found 13 works that won First, Second, Third, Encouragement and Favorite Awards.
As a result, the First Prize went to author Nguyen Tien Anh Tuan with the work "Rising Up". This is a photo that impresses with its layout and message, showing the image of the city on the rise.
The two Second and two Third prizes were awarded to authors with a series of emotional and creative photos that truly reflect urban life.
Five Encouragement prizes and three Favorite prizes were also announced, contributing to honoring diverse perspectives on Ho Chi Minh City.

First Prize: Nguyen Tien Anh Tuan - Rising
Second Prize (2 prizes): Nguyen Minh Tan - "Vung Tau - the long-standing arm of Ho Chi Minh City" and Anh Dung - "Happy Day of the United National".
Third Prize (2 prizes): Cong Son - "Full Moon of Independence"; Thuy Hang - "Xem Hoi".

Appreciating the quality of art, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoi - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City - emphasized: "The works have touched very ordinary images but are rich in suggestion, reflecting the silent contributions of many classes of people, contributing to fostering pride and love for the city".
