On August 9, the University of Technology - Ho Chi Minh City National University held the final round of the Bach Khoa Innovation competition season 8 in 2025 (BKI 2025) with 50 best teams from 4 competition groups, including the Student group, the High School Student group, the Start-up group and the University - Enterprise linkage group (U-I group).
This year, the contest recorded the highest number of registered projects ever with 189 projects, nearly 3 times the average of previous seasons.
In total, over the past 8 seasons since 2018, the contest has attracted 646 projects with the participation of students from 48 high schools, students from 94 universities and 31 startup groups in Vietnam and internationally.
In particular, this year the contest has the participation of 18 teams from India, Indonesia, Russia, UK, Hong Kong (China), Myanmar, France, Japan, and the US. Of which, there are 3 teams from Hong Kong (China), India and Indonesia entering the finals of the Start-up group.
Bach Khoa Innovation is a large-scale practical playground for start-ups - innovation organized by the University of Technology - Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City to nurture creative ideas and build a space to connect dynamic startup thinking of young people at home and abroad.
