Scientists come to Hue to discuss banking law

HUE - Hue University of Law has just coordinated to organize the Workshop "Law on banking and banking activities in the digital economy".

On November 16, the University of Law, Hue University announced that it had just coordinated with the School of Economics, Law and State Management, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics to organize a scientific workshop on "Law on banking and banking activities in the digital economy".

The scientific conference “Law on banking and banking activities in the digital economy” is a forum for scientists and researchers to share, discuss and exchange in-depth research on law in the banking industry; Analyze, evaluate and predict some possible risks to build a solid research and training foundation for the Law and Banking Law sector in Vietnam as well as create opportunities to discuss the social impact of Law and Banking Law.

With the above objectives, this workshop will focus on discussing 4 topics: Law on Digital Banking and Financial Technology; legal risks and handling of crimes and violations of the law in banking activities; sustainable development and security in the banking industry; comparative law and international application.

The program brought valuable contributions and discussions with the participation of more than 60 scientists, researchers, lecturers, graduate students and students from domestic and foreign universities and lawyers from the following units: University of Law, Hue University; University of Economics, Law, State Management, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City; Hanoi Law University; Ho Chi Minh City Open University; Hoa Sen University; Tula National University, Russia; State Bank of Ho Chi Minh City; Passio Lawyers Law Firm; Vien An Law Firm, Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association; Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank).
