This is a large-scale and meaningful event, demonstrating the concern of Danang University in honoring new students with high scores in the entrance exam, rewarding students with excellent achievements in the school year, and awarding scholarships to support students in difficult circumstances.
In this program, Danang University honored 9 valedictorians from member universities and affiliated training units, 6 students who were directly admitted, and 32 students with excellent academic achievements.
Danang University also awarded 60 scholarships to disadvantaged students. The total value of the awards and scholarships in the program is more than 500 million VND.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu - Director of Danang University - said: "Danang University has trained and provided hundreds of thousands of technology engineers, economic managers, experts, scientists, teachers, and businessmen in many key fields and professions. Therefore, it can be said that Danang University is the cradle in training high-quality human resources, contributing significantly to the socio-economic development of the Central Highlands - Central region in particular and the whole country in general".
In the 2024-2025 school year, Danang University will coordinate and award scholarship programs with a total budget of about 1.5 billion VND.
