The cooperation agreement for the period 2025 - 2030 is built with the goal and content of extensive cooperation, covering many key areas: consulting, policy criticism; training, human resource development; scientific research, innovation and digital transformation; smart urban development; and international cooperation.

One of the important highlights of the agreement is that UEH will support Ca Mau in researching and consulting on breakthrough strategies, programs and plans to realize the double-digit economic growth target.
UEH will send leading experts and scientists to participate in consulting and reviewing on development orientations in the process of adjusting provincial planning; developing annual reports on socio-economics to identify "bottlenecks" and propose solutions to remove them. In particular, the two sides will focus on studying strategic issues such as marine economy, clean energy, climate change adaptation, supporting the province in building an Innovation Center...
In the field of scientific and technological research, the two sides will coordinate in implementing application topics to serve the development of the marine economy, tourism, logistics, high-tech agriculture and promote innovative startups in the locality.
Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai said that the signing of the cooperation agreement is expected to create a strong push, closely combining scientific knowledge and practical management, contributing to taking Ca Mau province off in the new development stage.
