According to Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Vice Rector of Hanoi National University of Education, in teacher training, the professional internship process is of particular importance because this is a stage that helps students transform knowledge into practical competence.
Sharing from his own experience, Mr. Ha said that when he was a student at Hanoi National University of Education, his internship at Xuan Dinh High School left him with many valuable lessons.
Not only was I given advice on the method of organizing lectures, but I was also guided by teachers on pedagogical style, communication skills with students, colleagues and how to handle situations in class. These are very important experiences that would be difficult to gain if only studying in lecture halls" - Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha shared.
According to him, in the context of constantly innovating education, pedagogical students need to access the professional environment early to form skills, bravery and adaptability before graduation.
Sharing the same view, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Minh Nguyet, Rector of the School of Educational Sciences (Hanoi National University of Education) said that the school is building a training ecosystem in the direction of closely linking training institutions with labor-using units.

In addition to high schools, the school's partner network also has the participation of medical facilities such as the Institute of Mental Health (Bach Mai Hospital), the Department of Mental Health (E Hospital). The expansion of practice locations is expected to create more opportunities for students in educational psychology and school psychology to access practice in the field of mental health care.

From the perspective of the internship receiving unit, Ms. Nguyen Thu Huong - Deputy General Director of Vinschool Education System - said that in recent years, student mental health has become an issue of more concern to parents and schools, leading to the need for a team of well-trained psychological counselors.
According to Ms. Huong, strengthening cooperation between training institutions and general schools and specialized units not only helps students have more practice environments but also creates conditions for parties to coordinate in research, training and experience sharing, thereby contributing to improving the quality of educational human resources.
