On August 26, the Culture - Social Affairs Committee of Hai Duong Ward People's Council organized a supervision of the preparation for the new school year at Phu Luong Primary School and Tran Hung Dao Secondary School.
The monitoring delegation led by Mr. Nghiem Le Chien - Head of the Ward People's Council's Culture and Society Department, and members of the Department listened to the report of the Board of Directors on the 2025-2026 school year plan, the situation of facilities, teaching staff and early admission work. The delegation also inspected the items serving teaching and learning.
Through supervision, it is shown that schools have proactively implemented preparation work, basically meeting the conditions of classrooms, equipment, school hygiene, and being ready to welcome students. However, there are still some difficulties such as degraded facilities, lack of functional rooms and modern teaching equipment, and enrollment work in some schools is facing difficulties.
Concluding, Mr. Nghiem Le Chien suggested that schools seriously implement regulations on enrollment, overcome limitations in facilities, supplement functional rooms and equipment; at the same time, strengthen professional training for teachers, apply information technology and innovate teaching methods. In addition, schools need to coordinate with functional forces to ensure traffic safety and order at school gates, and build a safe and friendly educational environment.
Supervisory activities contribute to removing difficulties for educational institutions, while affirming the accompanying role of the Ward People's Council in improving the quality of education in the area.
