In order to support students and youth to access learning opportunities, vocational training and job creation, Hanh Phuc Community Leadership Social Co., Ltd. (HLC Holdings) is implementing the "Incubating Knowledge" scholarship program in Quang Tri province.
The program is implemented with the connection support of the Vietnam Institute for Digital Economic Development, in coordination with Hanoi Employment Joint Stock Company and directly organized by HLC Holdings - Quang Tri Office.
According to a representative of HLC Holdings, the program focuses on training technical, technology and service industry groups according to the recruitment needs of businesses. Students are trained according to a model of linking schools and businesses, focusing on practice and practical application so that they can work immediately after graduation.
The joint training schools include many vocational education institutions across the country such as Hanoi Industrial College, Viglacera Bac Ninh College, Vietnam Polytechnic College, Thanh Hoa Agriculture College, Central Transport College IV and Ho Chi Minh City College of Technology.
Mr. Nguyen Truong Thanh - CEO of HLC Holdings Quang Tri said that the total support value for each student is equivalent to more than 200 million VND, including tuition, dormitory, internship, job connection and career development support.
Students participating in the program are 100% supported with tuition fees for regular college systems, free dormitories, are arranged for internships at businesses with allowances from 4-10 million VND/month, and are also committed to job connections after graduation and create conditions for articulation to university if needed.
In mid-June 2026, HLC Holdings awarded 30 full scholarships to students of Le Thuy Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center, with a total value of about 6 billion VND. Each scholarship is worth more than 200 million VND, including all tuition and accommodation costs throughout the course.
According to the plan, in 2026, HLC Holdings is expected to award scholarships to 555 students in Quang Tri with a total training support value equivalent to more than 111 billion VND.
Recognizing the meaning of the program in the work of vocational guidance for students after high school and human resource training, the Quang Tri Department of Education and Training has requested educational institutions in the area to coordinate in propaganda, integrate and introduce the program in career counseling activities, creating conditions for students to access learning and job opportunities.
