The training program takes place over 2 days, December 24 - 25, 2025, attracting the participation of many lecturers, teachers, trainees and students in the preschool education sector, along with experts and lecturers from SEITOKU University (Japan).
Speaking at the opening of the program, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Hien - Chairman of the Council of Hanoi National University of Education affirmed that preschool education is the first foundation, which has a decisive significance for the formation of personality, emotions and lifelong learning ability of each person.
In the current context of education, when educational models with learners as the center are increasingly focused on, access and learning advanced educational experiences of Japan, especially in the field of preschool education, has practical significance for training and educational practice in Vietnam.

The training program is organized to introduce the educational philosophy of SEITOKU University and the core points in the preschool teacher training program of Japan. In particular, the ability to observe and understand children is considered the most important foundation for preschool teachers, helping teachers identify the development of each child, understand the meaning in daily activities and build a suitable educational environment.

The training content includes thematic reporting sessions focusing on observing preschool children, group education and preschool teacher training methods at SEITOKU University. In addition, the program also organizes many practical topics in the fields of plastic expression, music expression and physical expression, such as origami footage, traditional Japanese hand games, body expression and rhythm.
Through these activities, attendees directly experience the role of fun, creativity and learning emotions in the process of educating children.
The program is also an opportunity to enhance academic exchanges and professional cooperation between researchers, lecturers and preschool teachers of Vietnam and Japan, contributing to creating a bridge between theory and practice, between training in schools and educational activities at preschools.
Through the training session, the organizing committee hopes to inspire orientations for innovation in preschool education in Vietnam in the direction of experiential learning, taking children as the center and comprehensive education, contributing to improving the quality of preschool teacher training and educational practice in the coming time.
