On March 22, information from the Navy Command said that the working delegation of the Naval Academy had just coordinated with the Provincial Military Command to organize a program of propaganda, career guidance and military enrollment counseling for nearly 3,000 students of 5 high schools in the area.
During the two days of deployment at high schools, the working group organized many rich propaganda activities, focusing on innovating approaches.
The highlight of this year's program is the strong application of digital platforms to support students to access information quickly and conveniently.
Officers of the Naval Academy deploy online consulting system, QR code for information lookup, Facebook page "Navy Academy channel", website hocvienhaiquan.edu.vn and video clips introducing the learning and training environment in the Army.

The content provided focuses on the training program, living regime and career development opportunities after graduation.
With just a smartphone, students can scan codes to learn about conditions, standards, registration procedures as well as regimes and policies for students.

Having access to information in a new way, Tieu Khanh Quoc, a 12A11 student at Nguyen Trung Truc 1 High School, said: "Through the career orientation and enrollment counseling session with the direct communication and exchange of Navy soldiers, introductory videos, and information on the online system, it is very easy to look up, helping me understand more about the military environment and enrollment information to the Navy Academy in 2026".
Enrollment information for 2026 also attracts the attention of students. Accordingly, the Naval Academy recruits 269 quotas to train officers at the platoon level with university degrees.
Among these, male candidates with permanent residence from Ha Tinh or further recruit 108 quotas (North); male candidates with permanent residence from Quang Tri or further recruit 161 quotas (South).
Regarding the admission combination, the Academy continues to use three main combinations including A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry); A01 (Math, Physics, English); C01 (Math, Physics, Literature), and at the same time applies 4 admission methods according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the regulations of the Ministry of National Defense.
In addition to admissions counseling, the working delegation also directly exchanged with students about the position and role of Vietnam's sea and islands in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland; introduced the tradition of more than 70 years of construction, combat and growth of the Navy and the Naval Academy.
Stories about Navy soldiers on duty at the forefront of waves and winds contribute to helping students better understand the silent sacrifices, thereby arousing national pride and the sense of responsibility of the young generation in protecting sea and island sovereignty.
