The LMS CEG platform was developed by Mr. Thinh to promote proactive learning, helping learners practice management skills through hands-on experience, saving time and costs, while increasing applicableity. This is considered a new step forward in applying technology to develop high-quality human resources in Vietnam.
Starting from the hospitality industry, since 1999, Mr. Thinh has switched to training and teaching many topics on leadership, sales, services and business communication. He has collaborated with Viettel Academy, Daikin, RMIT, Dam Ca Mau, Hyosung... and turned practical experience into effective training situations for thousands of students.
After more than 20 years of working in corporate education, nearly 7 years as a leader at Pathway Tue Duc, he and his colleagues have built a comprehensive human resource training system for 23 schools and 19 facilities. Training initiatives, coaching models and LMS platforms have spread not only within schools but also to the business community.
