On the morning of January 31, Vinh Long Provincial Social Work Center coordinated with Legacy Charities, Inc (USA) and local authorities to organize a scholarship awarding ceremony for studious students in the province.
At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 100 scholarships to students in difficult circumstances in Tra On and Mang Thit districts (before the merger). Each scholarship is worth 1.2 million VND, sponsored by Legacy Charities, Inc (USA). These are students who always strive to overcome difficulties, rise up and achieve many positive results in their studies.
The scholarship awarding program has been maintained continuously for the past 20 years, showing the long-standing concern and companionship of Legacy Charities, Inc (USA) for education promotion, talent promotion and social security in Vinh Long province.
Through the program, scholarships contribute to supporting and encouraging students to continue studying, training, and striving to become a quality human resource for the locality.
In addition, the scholarship awarding activity also contributes to helping students and their families celebrate Binh Ngo Tet 2026 in a joyful and warm atmosphere, adding faith and motivation for them to enter the new school year with high determination.
