On February 5th, Cuu Long University solemnly held the closing ceremony and awarded diplomas of regular university system to 387 new bachelors of the 23rd term, 2022–2026 academic year.
Attending the ceremony were Meritorious Teacher, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luong Minh Cu - Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of Cuu Long University, Vice Rectors, Advisory Board of the University Council, Board of Directors and leaders of departments, faculties, institutes, and affiliated centers.
Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luong Minh Cu congratulated the new bachelors who completed the course, affirming that the graduation ceremony is an important milestone, opening a new career path with many expectations and social responsibility.
According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luong Minh Cu, over 26 years of construction and development, Cuu Long University has continuously improved its reputation, becoming a training, research, technology transfer, and human resource supply institution that is positively assessed by society.
Course 23 opened in October 2022, this phase has 387/426 full-time university students (bachelor program) eligible for graduation recognition, a rate of 90.84%, including majors in the fields of health science, social sciences and humanities, economics and finance, graphic design...
The entire course had 30 excellent graduates, 148 excellent students, and many students with good achievements in studying and training in the fields of health science, economics, society, and design.
Recognizing that effort, the school rewarded 186 students with high achievements, including excellent students, excellent students and ethnic minority students, thereby encouraging the spirit of studying and persistent training throughout the school.
Cuu Long University currently trains 11 master's majors, 3 first-level specialists, and 4 doctoral majors. Over 26 years, Cuu Long University has trained more than 42,000 bachelors, engineers, nearly 1,500 masters, and received more than 700 international students; the employment rate of graduates is nearly 97%.
