With the State Council of Professors unanimously abolishing all the prescribed prestigious votes, Associate Professor, Dr. Huynh Vinh Phuc of Dong Thap University will qualify as a professor of Physics in 2025 and become the first teacher at Dong Thap University to qualify. It is known that Mr. Huynh Vinh Phuc was born in 1980 (Hoa Chau - Hue), currently the Vice Principal of the Pedagogical School, under Dong Thap University.
Mr. Phuc teaches in the field of Theoretical Physics and Mathematical Physics. Mr. Phuc has a journey of studying and teaching associated with physics: In 2002, he graduated from a university degree in physics education, in 2005 he graduated with a master's degree in physics and became a PhD in physics in 2012. He became a Ph.D. in physics at the age of 36.
It is known that in the announcement of the State Council of Professors in 2025, Dong Thap University also has Dr. Le Diem Kieu recognized as qualified as Associate Professor of Agriculture.
Ms. Kieu Diem, born in 1983, from Cai Nhum, Vinh Long, is currently the Head of the Department of Environmental Sciences and Environmental Resources Management, under the Faculty of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment (Dong Thap University). With this result, Dong Thap University currently has 1 professor and 19 associate professors.
