On the evening of December 24, the event "Thang Long White Christmas" was held at Thang Long University with a series of unique activities, attracting more than 2,000 attendees. In particular, the program is not only for Thang Long students but is also open to everyone of all ages, turning the school campus into a vibrant and cohesive Christmas experience space.
The highlight of the event is the giant Christmas tree area nearly 15m high with a brilliant snow spraying and fireworks display lasting nearly 1 hour.
The snow machine is placed on the top of a giant pine tree, creating "snow" covering the school grounds, making visitors feel like enjoying the Christmas space in Europe.

Not only watching snow fall on the only giant pine tree in Hanoi, the school also organized fireworks, food stalls and Christmas souvenirs.
The Christmas atmosphere is also connected through the live show Thang Long Christmas Tunes. The performances performed by music students themselves brought viewers to many different emotions. The music night features typical faces of the Applied Music Department such as Nguyen Le Duy Anh - a contestant who just won an award at the "Hanoi Singing Contest 2025" and Nguyen Duc Vinh - Champion of Vietnam's Got Talent 2015.
Do Thu Phuong - a 4th year student majoring in Tourism and Travel Service Management shared that this was the third time she attended the school's Christmas event.

"In previous years, I often participated in the same club, so I was very happy every year. The special thing is that each year the school builds a different concept, making students always excited and looking forward to it" - Phuong said.

Phuong shared that this year's Christmas at Thang Long University is built with a completely new theme with the main colors of blue and white, creating a modern and youthful feeling. Evaluating the significance of the program, the female student said that this is an activity rich in spiritual value for students.
Schools are very caught up with the trend, even being one of the first environments to organize snow spraying. Thanks to that, students are very excited. Instead of going out to crowded and expensive coffee shops, many people choose to go to school with family, relatives or friends to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere" - Phuong expressed.
In addition to attending, students also directly participated in the organization process. For example, students majoring in Applied Music take charge of organizing evening performances, while students majoring in Tourism participate in making cakes and selling them right in the schoolyard.
"You make your own cakes and introduce your own products, both fun and suitable for your major. Such activities not only create beautiful memories of student life but also help increase cohesion and bring meaningful practical experiences during the learning process" - Phuong shared.
