On the morning of December 20, Foreign Trade University held a graduation ceremony for more than 550 new doctors and masters.
The ceremony is not only an opportunity to honor the learning and research achievements of each individual but also a meaningful space for connection between generations of students, lecturers and schools. With a solid foundation of knowledge and a spirit of innovation, new masters and PhDs are expected to become the core force in the fields of Economics, Finance, Management and Law, contributing to improving Vietnam's competitiveness and position in the international arena.
Summarizing the training results, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Thuy Vinh - Deputy Head of the Postgraduate Department said that in 2025, the school will have 537 new masters and 14 new doctors who are eligible to graduate. These are students and graduate students who have excellently overcome the strict requirements of the postgraduate training program.
Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thu Huong - President of Foreign Trade University acknowledged the efforts of the new PhDs and masters, because the journey to work and study after graduation is not an easy journey that requires a lot of effort and hard work to balance many responsibilities at the same time, responsibility in studying, responsibility in work and responsibility to the family.
Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thu Huong emphasized that postgraduate training does not stop at awarding degrees, but more importantly, the process of training critical thinking, independent research capacity, the ability to solve complex problems and professional competence.
The President of Foreign Trade University hopes that, regardless of their working position, new phd and master's students will always maintain a lifelong learning spirit, professional courage, aspiration to contribute and responsibility to society.
Representing more than 550 students and new masters, Duong Ngoc Dung - member of the Executive Board, Director of MKT & TT, P. General Director of a member company of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB) & ROX Group emphasized that the spirit of lifelong learning is the key to mastering the new era, while affirming that it will continue to spread and promote good values, making positive contributions to the community and society.
