The task of the members of the Support Team is to synchronously deploy solutions to promote digital transformation; mobilize resources, raise awareness and digital skills for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, students and people.
Members are also responsible for providing technical infrastructure support, ensuring stable operation of the network and Internet systems; instructing on the use of the Document Management and Operation System (E- Office), and the petition Reflection system.
Notably, the Team supports the implementation of KPI software - a tool for measuring and evaluating work performance for cadres, civil servants and public employees; guides the process of digitizing documents at the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center.
Organize Digital education for the peoples education sessions to guide skills in using computers and digital platforms, and encourage learning through open online courses (MOOC).
The team also guides cadres and people on measures to ensure information safety and security; coordinates data standardization according to the instructions of departments and branches.
The operating regulations clearly state the relationship between the Support Team, the Department of Science and Technology and agencies, units, and localities; stipulate the authority, working form, reporting, rewarding, and handling of violations.
Previously, on the afternoon of October 30, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province held a launching ceremony for the peak campaign to bring the Digital Transformation Support Team and deploy KPI software to communes, wards and special zones in the province.
In this period, 162 lecturers and students in the third and fourth years of 8 universities, colleges, and academies specializing in information technology will directly accompany localities in digital transformation.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee - suggested that each member of the Support Team must be digital soldiers, making the most of their knowledge and skills to support cadres, civil servants and people.
Le Hoang Oanh, a student at Khanh Hoa University, shared that being transferred to the grassroots level is an opportunity for students to apply the knowledge they have learned in practice.
Hoang Oanh believes that this opportunity helps her improve her professional skills and practice communication and group work skills.
