Founded in 2014, Ams Baking Club is the first and only culinary club at Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted. The club is a place to create conditions for young people to have a passion for cuisine, especially in the sport of baking, to have the opportunity to exchange, learn and share experiences. At the same time, Ams Baking Club is also a pioneer in using baking technology in charity activities, contributing to spreading humanistic spiritual values to the community.
Up to now, Ams Baking Club has successfully organized many events: the cake sale for fundraising program "Cakes For Charity", the cake delivery event "The Merry Express", Travel from the contest and Experience Workshops. With 12 years of development, Ams Baking Club is proud to be a familiar name in many fairs, events and attract a lot of attention from students in the capital.
With the motto "Cooking is not only wrapped up in personal preferences but also towards community meaning". Ams Baking Club hopes to spread positive values through the talent and enthusiasm of students with a passion for culinary arts. After 9 seasons of organization and many brilliant impressions, Cakes For Charity has attracted enthusiastic support from young people and become an indispensable spiritual feast for Amsers.
Continuing the humane tradition of the event, Ams Baking Club decided to return with the 10th Cakes For Charity. Inspired by the image of the cake universe, Cakes For Charity 2025: Confiserie Caprices will make diners become characters exploring interesting cake planets, thereby bringing a new feeling with the extremely special theme of this year's event. With a menu of 4 types of cakes: Red Velvet Cupcake, Oreo Cheese Cupcake, Matcha Cream Horns and mini Apple Pie, Cakes For Charity 2025 promises to bring diners a memorable experience, like a vast sweetness world with a variety of cakes. In particular, 100% of the proceeds from selling the cakes will be donated by the Organizing Committee to the program Couple of Love Lists.
