The Department of Health of Hai Duong province maintains the operation of drug rehabilitation facilities using replacement drugs, training to improve the capacity to detect drug addiction in the commune level. At the same time, strengthen the management of addictive drugs, psychotropic drugs, and precursors used in medicine, preventing the risk of being exploited for drug production.
Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Agriculture and Environment controls the use of chemicals, precursors and veterinary drugs containing narcotics; Coordinate the treatment of trees containing narcotics. Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism directs to strengthen propaganda in the media; Department of Education and Training, the provincial Youth Union promotes media to prevent and combat school drugs, especially warning the tricks to seduce young people to use drugs to hide food and electronic cigarettes.
The Department of Science and Technology of Hai Duong province collaborated to send a propaganda message to mobile subscribers. The Provincial Fatherland Front and mass organizations promote the mobilization of people to actively participate in drug prevention and control, raise awareness of self-defense and self-protection in the community.
