On June 17, Lao Cai Provincial Police informed that, implementing the "Three Bests" emulation movement in the People's Police force with the motto "Most Disciplined - Most Loyal - Closest to the People", the Police of communes and wards in the area have implemented many practical social security activities, towards grassroots levels and supporting people in difficult circumstances.
In Cam Duong ward, on June 15, the Youth Union of the Ward Police coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, the Youth Union and philanthropists to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the "House of Solidarity" for the family of Mr. Luong Van Dinh (born 1968, residing in group 13A Binh Minh).

Mr. Dinh's family is in particularly difficult circumstances, he himself is no longer able to work, and has lived in a degraded house for many years, which is not safe.
Through the joint efforts of organizations, unions and philanthropists, the family was supported with 50 million VND to build a new house, contributing to stabilizing life and adding motivation to rise up.
Also on June 15, the Youth Union and officers and soldiers of Coc San Commune Police supported lonely and difficult households in Tong Xanh village to harvest spring rice.

Faced with the risk of thunderstorms affecting crop yields, the commune police mobilized 12 officers and soldiers to go to the fields to support harvesting 6 sao of rice for 3 households. All the harvested rice was transported to safe storage, helping people minimize damage due to unfavorable weather.
Previously, on June 14, Mo Vang Commune Police coordinated with the Commune Women's Union and philanthropists to organize the presentation of gifts to Phung Thi Cai (born 2014), a student in particularly difficult circumstances and the adopted daughter of the Commune Police.

His mother left many years ago, his father died of a serious illness in 2025, and now Cai lives alone in a simple wooden house. To help him overcome difficulties, commune police officers and soldiers have donated 7.5 million VND; and at the same time coordinated to donate an electric bicycle along with many necessities and school supplies with a total value of nearly 11 million VND.
According to Lao Cai Provincial Police, the above activities not only contribute to supporting people and children in difficult circumstances but also demonstrate the spirit of responsibility and sharing of the grassroots police force.
Through this, the "Three Mosts" emulation movement continues to be concretized by practical actions, contributing to consolidating people's trust in the People's Police force.
